Payment Policy for Student Withdrawal After Full Payment 

 

If a student discontinues after making full payment, Oeducation may, at its discretion, offer up to 30% of the paid amount as a credit for a new course, provided the discontinuation is due to an emergency or health issue. The request for this must be submitted by the second class of the original course, and credits are determined case by case. Credits are not guaranteed and will only be granted once per individual.

 

Course Cancellation by Oeducation

 In the event a course is canceled, students will receive either a full refund or full credit for a new course, within four weeks of the cancellation. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

By enrolling in any course, students agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmlessOeducation from any legal claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the use or distribution of photographs or images of other students or instructors in connection with the class or website.

Users may copy and print materials solely for personal, non-commercial use or to place orders with Oeducation.
